Tips for Treating Whitish Bottom Fire of Mobile Tunnel Kilns
Many users have reported the whitish and overly bright bottom fire in mobile tunnel kilns. When this issue occurs, the upper fire turns weak, and a large temperature difference forms across the kiln cross-section. If the kiln is underfired, vehicles cannot move forward; if overfired, the lower bricks will exceed the critical temperature, leading to melting and kiln collapse. Below, Yonghua Kiln explains the solutions to this problem.

Excessive external fuel falls to the kiln bottom and causes whitish bottom fire. Arrange coal-bearing bricks properly to distribute fuel evenly and ensure full combustion.
Improper fuel feeding without checking combustion status also leads to this problem. Observe the fire condition closely and add fuel accordingly.
Rapidly raising dampers will result in whitish bottom fire. Operate dampers in a steady and gradual manner.
There are more solutions to this issue. Visit the official website of Yonghua Kiln for further information.
